Cseresznyés süti
50 dkg liszt,
15-20 dkg cukor,
1 cs vaníliás cukor
kés hegynyi szódabikarbóna
1 tojás
2 evőkanál zsír
2 dl tejföl
tej
A fent leírtakat összedolgozzuk . Ha nem áll össze a tészta pici tejet öntünk hozzá.
1 kg cseresznyét kimagozunk és szűrőbe tesszük. Megszórjuk kristálycukorral , fahéjjal majd összekeverjük és picit állni hagyjuk.
Kivajazott tepsibe a tészta felét belenyújtjuk , megszórjuk búzadarával és ráöntjük a cseresznyét. A tészta másik felét is kinyújtjuk és a tetejére tesszük. Megszurkáljuk , 180 fokos légkeveréses sütőben készre, pirosra sütjük.
